Once you have signed up with an independent website and listed an ad, you keep your Skype and/or Yahoo on (and appear as 'online'). A guy visits the indi website, sees your ad and contacts you via S/Y. He buys the service you offer, you do the show and thats it! Its a great way to make more income because while you are online working, all you do is leave your Skype/Yahoo on. When you get a confirmed booking, log out of the website, perform your show then go back online
