So, I found out for me to get paid on Cam4 as a US model, the best method is ACH. For a couple reasons, I don't really want to give out my bank information and get direct deposit. I could do it if I really had to, but it's a little bit of a frustration, with $100 min. payout etc.
As I was waiting for a reply back from Cam4 about how secure their ACH situation is, I stumbled upon Stripchat while looking around here. Being American born and based, they have this promo going on that I am interested in. They seem like a good option for me and even have a Cam4-esque interface, which I like. I don't think it has a community like Cam4 does, but it seems to be growing and promising.
I don't want to give up on Cam4, I really liked my 2 days there, but I just have to accept a $100 minimum payout and direct deposit only I guess. I am used to checks via mail. (And Paxum and EPay will not be viable for me for many reasons) I think Stripchat would have some non-ideal payment method too, something like 1 month check sending time, and probably ACH as my best method again. Is that just a part of this industry - not ideal or less than perfect payment methods/times? Hearing about people waiting weeks for Paxum cards or other nightmares is unfortunate
I don't have the professional equipment for LiveJasmin's standards but I want to be able to really make this something special for myself somehow and be good at it - I just want to get myself out of the financial hole I am in through hard work and smart choices thank you for reading
