Any REAL celebrities turned to JAV in Japan

I see a lot of JAV titles badly translated to english that imply the actress(es) are celebrities doing JAV. I was wondering if this has really happened in Japan.
I don't consider Gravure idols doing JAV one of these instances since it seems to be a path a lot of them take, create a lot of exposure by posing in skimpy outfits and looking great, then take it all off and start doing hardcore stuff.
I was talking about more along the lines of singers, film/TV stars, newscasters, athletes, fashion models, etc. famous women that decided to try their hand at doing adult movies.

Is there a valid list of all celebrities with any links to actual evidence of their former occupation as celebrity?

Most of these supposed celebrities in JAV are literally whos. But when it comes to Gravure Idols, i think you should differentiate between those who start doing gravure for a month and then do their hardcore debut, and really established and popular Gravure Idols who turn to JAV. Only Shoko Takahashi comes to mind as an example for the latter, but im no expert in these matters.
When it comes to other crossovers they are mainly failed idols from other parts of the entertainment industry. I mean an established and well known celebrity has enough means of making cash so why would they do porn?
