Any USA site with pay/min that pays over 75% with referral?

Hi,

I'm searching a cam site with pay/min that sends the earnings by wire from USA, has clear agreement and pays over 75% with referral, and on which the client can charge his account with at least 500 USD/day? I don't care about the traffic, it is for my own old fan base. Can anybody help me finding that?
