I think with most camsites if you want to work mobile, you will get the app download link from the site. Like ImLive, there mobile app is or used to be on the google store but you couldn't find it without the link from the site.
And as far as apps go, the only one I make money with is Peeks Social. Which does pay consistently now. There payout percentage is amazing. If you have 4.5 stars in rating you get 70% of the money you earn. And they even give you referral link now.
Also, I use skype/snapchat/duo/messenger and get them to pay me first through google pay. Might be a riskier option but one I am willing to take.
