Are onlyfans accounts run by the model or a team?

I run across comments and posts that swear a team runs model's onlyfans account. For example, the Unruly Agency which covers A LOT of models.

But, based on when certain models are available online and when certain content becomes available while they're taking trips.. I feel certain that many models are themselves online deciding which content to send and chatting. Sure, there are mass messages that go out. But, it seems like a lot of models would want the flexibility of exactly what to send and to who. If a team was solely responsible for content, there would have to be a lot of coordination with the model and decisions made ahead of time about what gets sent.

My bottom line is that I feel that a number of models, even Unruly models are themselves online chatting and deciding about content, especially custom content.
