Bad mood

Hi there, lately i m feeling a bit down cus i started to feel a bit exhausted, so i ll take couple of days of rest. Wanted to ask you what do you do in your free days to make you feel better? I need something to push me out of this routine.

I make sure I eat well, drink tea and give myself permission to rest and do very little so I can reset. I found it to be important to remind myself that I shouldn't feel guilty about taking breaks. I mostly lounge and make sure I eat well in the meantime.
