BBW weight loss and work

Hello! Is there any model who have gone through the experience of being a "BBW" and losing a lot of weight? How did it afect your clientele? I work with a parnter (Trans Boy but works as a girl) whose clients view as a BBW, and he started to lose weight for health issues. We work with Femdom and Fetishes. I am just afraid of losing lots os costumers in the period between him (her, for the clients) loosing the weight until he does all of his surgeries, which should take one and a half year. We work mainly on SM and mv
