Everything. Or at least more than nothing, which is what I did know. I did as much research as I thought I could and tried to check out other people's rooms. But it didn't prepare me for things like how to set up Apps and bots, or what makes a good bio, or what kind of behavior should get kicked out. After 6 weeks, I have many questions!
