So this morning, I was riding my bike down a hill and stopped on a gravelly bit and TUMBLED. Now I've got a sling on my arm and I'm looking at anywhere from 2-8 weeks with some kind of cast or splint on it.
So here's what I'm asking: has anybody had to deal with camming with a really conspicuous cast on? I'm sure I'll get some pity tips for the first week and some guys who are into that but yeah...I feel like a big white thing on your arm can be a bit of a turn-off for most.
Anyone out there who's made this work?
