Can't Login on Streamate

Hello everybody. I am a new model and I have a weird problem when I try to login on streamate. I just says that either my email or password are wrong and I can't login. Tried resetting the password and I says that the email is not registered. What can I do ? I didn't receive any message or warning or email before.

Silly-sounding troubleshooting question: Are you logging in at Streamate.com or streamatemodels.com? There was a recent announcement that we shouldn't be using the main page to login anymore, so if that's where you're logging in, it could be the issue.
