How, besides twitter, can I get our customers to be able to message us? A couple weeks ago we got in trouble because someone had said something about yahoo in chat... Some of our regulars don't have Twitter and don't want it, otherwise we message customers through that.
I see other people with it in their profile but they have to space it out or go (dot) (com) and things like that. So I'm curious about what to do about this. When someone is wanting something custom or anything like that it's hard to be pming someone when we are live, and since we get in trouble for giving that out I feel limited.
How do you guys make this work for you?
