Chaturbate ban -- confused.

I have a very new Chaturbate Acct.
After my first broadcast things went okay.
But when I tried to log in later, my show was not getting any users so my boyfriend logged in to try to find my broadcast but it says my account is banned?
We didn't break any rules in our broadcast, and both of our IDs are verified.
I never got an email or any notice that I was banned for any reason, and Chaturbate totally still lets me log in and set up a broadcast like normal.
Anyone have any ideas?

It happened to me too, twice, years ago. it's when a user reports you..just like that... has nothing to do with smth u actually done.
