Hello! I hope someone would know something similar as our story.
We did something stupid (broadcasting in a public place) for about 19 minutes and they banned our account.
We have seen all the broadcast recording to ensure that there wasn't anybody unregistered seen in the images and no kids/animals. There is nothing like this. Only me and my partner (we have a couple profile).
We already sent an email to the support to say sorry and kindly ask them if there is anything to do, and also if there is any possibilities to still be paid (we had about 14.000 tokens).we are waiting for an answer.
Somebody knows if they would help us? Or they have zero tolerance for this?
On the account they say "account banned/ you may only broadcast from a private location. Pleade move to a more private area before you resume broadcasting."
