Chaturbate banned my account for no reason

Hello people.. On 1st april i woke up with my CB account banned without any reason. I'm saying without any reason because i wasn't broadcasting since 11th March. I didnt even know that i am banned, a member just told me that... Since then i've been sending them over 10 e-mails but nobody answered, i even sent from another e-mails and they didnt want to help me because the e-mails werent matching with my account... I'm still trying to solve this problem but they doesnt even respond me.. I mention that i never broke the rules, i am an almost 4 years cam girl and this is my first time being banned. I sent an e-mail to Shirley but didnt answer yet.
Someone of you still had this problem before? Or this was just some April's fool?

Unfortunately, CB is not high on customer service. I think it’s just luck to get a real response!
They should have at least notified u on ur ban.

I use different names for each cam site, at times, I forget so that also makes communication a challenge!
Enforcement of cam site rules have always been inconsistent……so who knows?
