Ok, so chaturbate's customer service has really just been a huge confusion for the issue I'm having. Here's the whole story.
I earned $52 the week of May 16-31. After a week of not getting paid, i contact support asking them what happened. This is their reply:
Dear faemystique,
A direct deposit we've sent to you was returned to us as undeliverable. Please provide us new bank information to send this to in order to prevent future delayed payment.
To do this you will have to go to Chaturbate - Free Adult Live Webcams! and fill out the form with a different bank.
Another option to receive payments would be Check by mail, Payoneer or Paxum, you can select one of those methods on the form above as well.
Please let us know when you fill the form out and we will reissue this payment.

My reply to them was this:
Thank you for letting me know. I have input new information to send the payment by check instead. Will the payment be sent out now or with the next pay cycle?
They replied back:
Dear faemystique,
Since your payment information was filled out during the current pay period, your earnings will be paid out when this pay period ends.
Be sure to convert all tokens earned before the end of the pay period to ensure payment.
Payment periods are from the (1st-15th) and (16th-31st) of each month. Payments are sent out within 7 days of the pay period ending.

So ok, cool. I earned another $61 during the pay period of June 1-15. On June 21st, I get a check in the mail. However, the check was only for $61. The $52 was still missing. I searched the forum here and saw a few people mention Shirley, so I emailed her directed that morning right after I opened the check (I was a little ticked off since I was out of cat food and was really relying on the $100+ I was expecting to get). I waited until Tuesday, and since I never got a reply I contacted customer service again. I said this:

Ummm, huh? Did I not clearly state that I changed my payment information to check instead of direct deposit? Like, that I don't even..... I wrote them back asking if I needed to switch back to direct deposit to receive that payment, but I'm beyond baffled and confused right now. I just want my damn missing paycheck! I wouldn't be upset if I didn't need the money, and I know it's not a lot, but damn it I'm in a tight spot financially and I need every penny I can get! This customer service run around is driving me nuts! Help???
