Chaturbate payment missing

I request a daily payment on 10th June and got a email from Chaturbate on 11th June "Paxum payment sent" but nothing on my account yet
The Support doesn't answer to my email
I never had problems like that with CB.

I have the same issue. They told me that they have a technical issue and that I should wait abit. "Please note that your transfer is pending and we are aware of the current situation with the processing delays for the external card withdrawals.

This is caused by a technical issues our payment processor is experiencing at the moment, however, a time-frame cannot be provided since the transfers have also to be reviewed in order to make sure they comply to the internal regulations.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and rest assured that we are doing our best to have this matter resolved as soon as possible."
