I haven't been here for awhile.Ok, so basicly my problem is that my cam is going through extreme downSmiley (nom). I tried lowering prices, staying longer on cam but nothing works and I know all my viewers are out there not giving f*** about my cam. Smiley (6)
So I was out of ideas until I read some psychological books about marketing, tried few things but now my last weapon of choice will be - coming much more rarely than I did.
Did any of You already did that ? I'm 2 years on cam, and my income fall from 1400$ to 200-400$ per month. I was basicly almost each day online since market for str8 guys is smaller but maybe by limiting access to me my tips will raise ? Now I'm going to have 3 days off and start in monday. Will see what happend.

Personally, I wouldn't take breaks from cam if I were you. Instead, I would go online, give yourself a secret time limit (say, 30 minutes to an hour), and if nobody has tipped within that time, go offline and try again later. I read somewhere that this shows that your time online is precious and, in theory, people will start to tip to keep you online longer.

However, I feel like that if you were to put off consistent streaming schedules and go online more rarely, you would be trying out this theory the wrong way. Your paying members would be thrown off since they wouldn't have an idea of when you're next going to be online, you know?

On the contrary, of course, your paying members could see your rare online times as the appropriate times to tip you more, yes.. it's a difficult situation, and it feels like you're doing quite a bit of gambling with your already lowered earnings.


Are you still only camming on Chaturbate? Have you tried new sites, like PPM sites with male categories? Your 'new' period on new sites may temporary boost your income. Hey, it's worth a try, right?
