Chaturbate silence/kick(ban)/ignore

Ok we all know what silence means, but kick and ignore are not really clear. Normally i'd assume that when u kick(ban) someone they are forced to leave the room and can't come back. This works sometimes, but other times thet are kicked out and come back the next second (this is easier to see when u kick a blue user, idk if many of u kick them but i do if they break rules).
Ignore option...it's not very clear. am i the only one who doesn't see their messages anymore, or the whole room?
Also...what that "clear all ban ip's" option mean?
