I find that some people will ask you to do a lot during your stream, but they never tip. How do you deal with this?

The tip menu is there for a reason. Set your rules and stand by them. It's very common that models don't allow requests without a tip. You're in charge of your stream - remember that and mute viewers if you need to. Don't let them waste your time.
