Curious about working for/with a studio

For the ladies who work for/with a studio.. How does it work and how do you find one to work with? I'm very cautious because of human trafficking.. Thanks!!!

I have started with Studio20 years ago and I still work here. Yes, they did pushed me a lot to work more and become more responsible but I needed this push to change my life to better. I made over 800k in this time, I bought my own house and I am still growing my sales every month. I would sau it's the best option of you want to dedicate to modelling and not advisable if you just want to make some money on the side working part time.
