Dealing with regulars that slowly stop tipping?

I’m new the game, only been doing this for about a month. LOVE it so far, already have a handful of amazing regulars and the pay has been decent, especially for just starting out.

Although I’m dealing with this issue on varying levels, I’m going to use a kind of specific example of a certain regular and just wonder how you would deal with the situation in general.

So he comes in for every show, he bought my kik and we chat/exchange pics on there a lot, he used to tip pretty well, and we’ve done a few privates. He hasn’t tipped though in about 3 weeks. During my show he PMs me NON STOP, and keeps saying “check kik, check kik.” He also recently has starting asking almost every show for access to my videos that only fan club members get.

What would you guys do? I don’t and won’t be a dick to this guy, even though he’s a bit annoying he isn’t rude, and who knows, he may tip again in the future? I don’t want to be too pushy or alienate my regulars, since I’m new and building a fan base.

He’s sucking so much of my energy and time though, especially during shows where PMs completely take away from being in the moment and interacting with everyone in the main chat. I’ve started to reply nicely to requests for videos and perks with, “Yeah, I’ll totally send you them! It’s $X.XX for the video if you’re interested!” And then just get a response like, “Okay.” And no payment.

I have a few dudes I’m dealing with to varying levels of the above, this case being the worst. How would you handle this in a way that doesn’t piss anyone off, but isn’t wasting your time with paying customers turned freeloaders?

This happens quite often for me as well. Great question! The way I handle it is tell them "how can I help you today?" Then they might say I"'m stopping in to say hey" and I'll say "nice... are you feeling horny today?" If you always redirect the conversation to your work it either chases them away because they have no intention on spending or they understand they have to spend to chit chat with you. Sometimes if they are acting flirty, I will tell them "you sound like you're in the mood for a session?" And then they will tell me "no, I'm broke! I'm sorry!" and I'll say "oh that's too bad. well you know where to find me when you're ready. I'm always here!" Then the conversation drops off.

I don't know if there is a way to turn them back to spenders. For me, once they cross that line and quit spending, they don't go back.

I would love to hear some input on how to get them back to the spending. I have had no luck nor have I tried to get them back to that point. I realize at that point they are pulling the "I want to get to know you, the real you, for your personality" card lol I have found that to be a common hustle in itself for free content. Again, an old customer that doesn't want to spend anymore.
