Did Manwin Buy Streamate?

Manwin is a huge adult industry conglomerate that owns an incredible amount of major sites, including Brazzers and Digital Playground, and is an operating partner with Playboy. As they've acquired more and more sites that Streamate used to get traffic from in exchange for amateur clips (recorded camshows), they've made it easier and easier for themselves to buy out Streamate. It's looking like this has now happened.

Manwin is run by seriously good businessmen, and if they paid hundred of millions, it's pretty safe to say that they'll be building up Streamate, not destroying it. The question is, will they keep up the amateur feel of Streamate, allowing anyone and everyone to cam, or will they push it to be more in the realm of professional porn?

Thoughts? Insights? It's pretty well all just hypothetical right now (as evidenced by the bit of uncertainty in the article linked), but it will be really interesting to see how this all unfolds.
