Disappearing Streamate

Okay, so I'll admit I haven't been on Streamate in ages. I wanted to give it another shot, so I tried to log into my account and it's a no-go. I figure I must not be entering the right password and I go to request a new one. I punch in my email and first name like requested and the site tells me that I am not in their records.

????? What? Did Streamate remove my account? The last time I logged in was around September. I didn't think that they removed inactive account at least not without emailing you to let you know. I searched my email high and low looking for some sort of notification email but nothing was to be found.

I emailed support but it's probably going to be a while before I hear anything back from them. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I remember reading that if you don't broadcast at least once every X months your account will be deleted. Can't remember the number right now, but just logging in is not enough.
