Do you use alcohol or marijuana prior to camming?

Even though I am an avid fitness freak, I will have a glass of wine or some smokeless marijuana prior to camming and perhaps a quick hit during a break.

I don't think I am alone here but I need something. I don't get stupid but I am more relaxed and probably more fun.

I think a quick shot might help me loosen up, but nothing more. On mfc If I wanted to play the fun party girl, I have an empty vodka bottle filled with water and I can do shots for tips. But I think getting stupid drunk or compromised is definately a bad idea.
