I try to transfer some money from my wallet on my external card and is not working. They answer to my question ( very fast btw) " transfer to external cards are temporally unavailable "
For how long?
"we can give you any timeing"
Is anybody here who knows more about this situation?
i can't pay 40 Euro commision fees for wire transfer

Hello. I never withdraw through that method, only through cash remittance. However, I often see this service (transfer to external card) is temporarily not available. Other times it's available for many countries. Yesterday I saw it was available for Russia and Ukraine. Today I've just checked and it's available only for Russia... Have you tried using the bank transfer in local currency?
