Excercise/healthy eating

As some of you may remember, I had asked before about how you deal with medical issues and camming. This last year has been crazy for me when it comes to medical drama, BUT, the doctors have been able to pin-point what was causing mine. I told you all before, I was diagnosed with Sjogrens and now just recently, with PCOS(poly-cystic ovarian syndrome). This one affected my weight and my body is some pretty major ways. My question is this: What are the little things You do to help take care of yourself? Do you walk/jog every day? Certain foods you avoid?
I'm looking for things I can do and actually stick with. Between being a mom of three kids who are active in sports, being a wife and trying to cam, it hasn't been easy to find things that work for me. On the plus side, I have lost 7lbs since they put me back on the NuvaRing for the PCOS, but I know I can't rely on that alone. The changes I've already made: Drinking more water-up to 2 gallons a day, walking/bike riding/swimming every day, eating 3 veggies for every 1 non-veggie(without dressing) and only one cup of coffee per day.

I actually think you are on the right way. It takes time.

Maybe you can try to fit yoga in to that? It seems like you have a quite busy life and to take the time to actually fit relaxation into an already busy schedule is something many people forget. So my tip to you would be yoga.
