eye sensitivity lights

hey, is there anybody here who is extremely sensitive to light? i stupidly when and got my eyeballs tattooed—silly decision, i know—and now its made my eyes so sore and hard to cam, cause im constantly squinting, looking like im fully asleep, but im wide awake. is there anybody with light sensitivity? if so, which light bulb do you use?

I have sensitive eyes but wear glasses with some tint on them to lessen the glare. You could try making your room darker and placing your ring light (if you use one) on the side of you or behind you.. good luck that looks really painful!
