First million

Hi ladies,
im curious, how long it took to earn your first million (in your currency) and what you had to sacrifice?
Did you continue to earn big or it was your biggest milestone? Would you say it was more about earning or saving?
It would be motivational to read your experiences.

I mean I really don't care about big earners that spend every last dime of it. It's literally useless to make a million dollars and have nothing to show for it. To me it's more impressive to legally avoid taxes and have this dynamic spread of assets not liabilities. It's absolutely about "saving." A lot of the high income earners I know have no finish line. If you have to always work to have enough cash flow to support yourself and your business, that's pretty awful. Success is a skilled game.
