ok first of all i hope im in the right section?

so here it goes, i hope i can explain this.. when i go online to streamate my computer and cam is great, it works fine in free chat,privates and exlcusive all day, but when i hit the gold show button to try to run a show. it will freeze up on me. i cant see the count down,i cant see how much gold is left, etc..it usually starts when i get over 50 people in my room? some people will say that i hit my goal but i didnt start it? its to the point i dont do them anymore.. just wanting to know if someone could try to help me?

i am a streammate girl.. kooool!! i cant seem to do the encoder they want me to do.. it makes my computer run slow.. so i delete it altogether
