FREE pic editing apps?

Anyone know of any free picture editing apps?
I dont need anything crazy just need to erase the occasional zit here and there lol mabye a stretchmark or two or 20 lmao

I use facetune to cover any blemishes or stretchmarks & Adobe Lightroom if I want to work more on the exposure or vibrance, etc. Smiley As far as I am concerned, they are both free.
