Getting a Visa to live abroad and I am just freaking out about my profession

I am Brazilian, and I am going to Colombia in january with my boyfriend. We both work with camming, and I need to get a VIsa but I am freaking out about saying what my profession is and don't getting the Visa. Have you ever needed to move some other country and had issues like this? How would you answer an interview when asked about your financial activities?
I can barely sleep because I'm afraid I won't be able to move out because of my profession and because we haven't got a lot of means to prove income.

But that's the matter, I need to have a source of income to prove that I can sustain myself there. I don't think I am going to be able to lie about that, so I wanted to know if this use to be a problem in this kind of situation
