I agree some sites can be confusing. I recommend checking out all the various user setting on whatever platform you use. Like geo-blocking if privacy might be an issue. Just relax and be yourself. Never do anything you are not comfortable with. Be patient because developing a fan following takes time. Engage with people watching through chat. Don’t overthink things and let whatever happens flow naturally. Set a goal and try to stick with it as best as possible.
