Giving away too much as a newbie

Hello everyone

I did my 3rd stream last night and had a blast.... The problem is while having fun realize I have been giving up too much for free and know this is a bad business model.

The crux of the problem for me is the I want to be doing something interesting on cam to attract viewers in but if I'm not attracting in viewers or I only have freeloaders how will they know what fun I have to offer?

It's not like I masturbated on cam for free but towards the end I wound up pretty much naked dancing rather smutty and while I had fun and it boosted my self confidence I know this isn't a viable business model :/

So what on earth do I do?

There is a very fine line I realize and it's tricky AF to figure out.... I just hope clients won't be unkind about changes in both my performance and my tip menu while I figure out what works and what doesn't...

Any advice or stories from your beginnings are super appreciated.

You need more time online. In the first sessions you aren't but another cam model for the audience.

Personality is what makes you easily to recognise and your own niche.

Thinking you need to be naked in order to be making money isn't exactly a rule.
