HD encoder/streamate placement

So last night I emailed Streamate asking them what determines site place because I am trying to cam more regular and I've noticed my room is just plain dead. it's taking me a long time to reach the minimum to get paid via payoneer.

I don't think my laptop can handle using the HD encorder because I've noticed my computer freezes alot when I am using it. now I am wondering how I can make money on the site when Streamate said they give higher priority for models using HD encoder.
