HD720 PLACEMENT UPDATE (Streamates)

Anyone having their placement all over the place after the update? I am using the new settings on Windows 8. I was able to correct it but it had me drifting and I wasn't running any additional applications (infact I logged out of everything but sm)! I even checked my ranking (internet and all other settings were good or excellent) this was strange despite my time spend in paid was 67%. Please help! Thanks
