Help! Best way to splitcam?

Hi,models! I am on 2 sites now using OBS and Xstreamer (Chaturbate and BongaCams). Since is so slow this period,I plan to be on 5 sites . But I don't know which splitter is the best . And do I need to use OBS and a splitter in the same time or only the splitter for a good image?

Verysoft is the best software, it's worth a try investment, and there were no issues on at all from my experience!
