Help! Chaturbate, stream and PC specifications

Hello! I'm a new webcam model...I need your help.
1. I can't transmit over Chaturbate with smooth fps. I can only transmit at Max 640x480 even with that res my fps drops to 18 sometimes.
2. OBS. With my specs OBS transmit better in 800x600 at 24fps with 8 secs of difference vs live transmission. My settings, ultrafast, 2000kbps, 800x600.
3. OBS worth over Chaturbate flash stream embedded? It's a lot better?
4. My laptop specs....ok wait a minute don't laugh pleaseeeee
Core duo t8100
3gb ram
Integrated graphics
C920 Logitech
8mb upload speed
5. I need your suggestion for buying a new laptop questions:
I need a separated GPU? 1050,1050ti?
If I don't need a GPU, an Intel it 8250 it's enough? Or i7? Or desktop proccesor? GPU helps to stabilize the fps???or integrated with new i5 AND i7 it's enough?
8gb ram it's enough? I want to transmit HD 720p

I suck at knowing this stuff, usually I will email everything to Chaturbate customer service, they are pretty good at helping! they helped me get my stuff all set up with the OBS and OMG im kicking ass like crazy on that site now!
