Make sure you are using the latest plugin or Lovense browser along with the Lovense Connect software on your computer. Also make sure you have the latest mobile app. Quit (not Close but Quit) the browser, Connect, and any mobile app. Restart the mobile app and make sure you are logged in and that your toy is connected to that app. Once it has been found and connected, disconnect the toy from the mobile app (just use the slider to disable it). Restart the browser, make sure you are logged into the plugin, and then try connecting the toy using the mobile option in the Settings.
