How do you organize your stream/tip menu?

I'm new and a total noob plz help!! i just got my lovense lush 3 and want to connect it to obs, and i seen a lot of people with that overlay. but i see a lot of people on reddit talking about having other tip menus (other than the lovense overlay one) but idk where that should go? overall im just worried that i won't know what to do during live stream, or how to organize it all. should i start with clothes on? how exactly do i utilize the countdowns? any youtube video reccomendations that cover this would be great too!! i watched the cam 101 vids but im still confused
