How do you start your show? How do you warm up the audience to start bidding tokens? What goals do you set with the number of tokens? How long have you been naked?

I just announce myself online with a fresh picture. I have my tips menu (though I'm thinking about using a goals app), and I welcome everyone who wants to talk. I chat to them and see where it goes. Some people just arrive, spend their money then leave. Others like a more informal chat/tip/chat arrangement. The rest are lurkers. I'm never naked unless I'm being tipped or enticing them with a bit of play that stops far too soon so they have to tip to keep it going!
