How does all this Try On content work?

Does anyone know how all these models/amateurs make so much content? It just doesn't seem plausible to me that they all know how to edit videos, get good audio and video quality, publish everything, and are constantly searching the web and serving take down notices.
I'm assuming they hire a 3rd party talent agency or something or the agency hires them and the agency runs it. Does anyone know how it works?
