How many hours do you sleep everyday?

Maybe this is a strange questions,but I have this curiosity ... I am changing my sleep schedule from night owl to early bird because I plan to work in the mornings...How many hours do you sleep everyday?

5- 7 hours, but sometimes the tips are too good at evening camshows then I would only get 3 or 4 hours. I know that's really bad for my health.
