I use GitHub - DIGITALCRIMINAL/OnlyFans: Scrape all the media from an OnlyFans account - Updated regularly to download stuff. You fill in some values so the program can "log in as you" on the website and then you can choose who you wanna download content from. I personally rip all the profiles I'm subbed to frequently, so I have an up-to-date archive all the time.
Keep in mind that downloading the content isn't necessarily illegal (at least I'd assume so, you're paying for it and thus allowed to consume it however you like), it's the act of sharing that's actually illegal. With that said I'm not a law person, so don't quote me on that lol.
