How to keep old customers paying.

So I'm finding it difficult handling the customer who pays to be my friend then never pays again, and then trolls my private messaging for freebies and sex talk. How do you keeping them paying after they pay the minimum tolls?

I set my friendlist price + a per week minimum to stay on it. If they don't pay the minimum, they get taken off. It works for some of them.
