How to tell others of your job without actually telling them.

I need to report my income monthly and I know I will be asked "what do you do for a job". My mind is going blank coming up with ideas of how to answer that question.

Do any of you have suggestions?

There are online support services for things like mental health which rely on discretion, so there should't be any follow up questions you are "allowed" to answer
