Say one afternoon you use your webcam to record 10 mins of video. You go to preview and while watching, in the audio-playback you hear something that wasn't there.
Like footsteps, or distinct whispers, words you could make out, some loudly and some in several instances.
It wasn't there before. And you know 'cause you're there. But whatever wasn't there before, is in the recording now, in the audio playback.
Now no one's home but you, you live alone with your dog and you have no visitors.
You don't have the tv on, you're not playing music, so it's very quiet.
All you heard during the recording was your own breathing and your dog's occasional scratching, nothing else.
What you hear after the recording, in the recording, in the audio-playback, is quite literally something else.
What would you do?
