It's 137MB and avi. The audio is mpeg4(?)(if that's relevant at all).
I've contacted customer support. I've tried both firefox and chrome, I've even had my boyfriend try uploading it (he has a much, much faster connection than I do), and I've tried having him upload it to mega.co.nz (which also didn't work).
Nada. Nothing. It gets stuck at "processing" and never finishes, or the connection to their servers is lost. Support hasn't been any help ("Try a different browser." "Don't change anything and try again!" )
