With this new jasmin software i get often disconnected from server, i was in private and i was disconnected so frustrating, And it freeze sometimes.

That was happening to me with the old software. Some days it worked just perfectly, no issues at all neither in free nor in private but some days customers were kicked out from private and they had to insist several times. I even had to restart the software in order to finally have the private working properly, they complained about the same issue in free chat too.
