I got 3 new mails from adult work

I got 3 new mails from adult work (that means that at least they looked through my papers),all of them asking for more proofs: a birth certificate,as they could not establish my nationality based on my passport,a picture of me holding my pass and my id AND a new profile photo ,because the one i had does not match the picture in my ID ...lol !
So here i am,trying again but with no big hopes...Could not find any customer support available and on every email they specify not to reply because no one will read it...It almost feels like they don´t want any new models...
